How do I make sure a part will fit my forklift?
Always verify your forklift's model and serial number before ordering. This ensures the part number you order is correct for your specific machine. If you're not sure, email us at sales@doosanliftparts.com with your model and serial number and we'll help confirm fitment.
Are these genuine OEM Doosan parts?
Yes. We carry 85,613 genuine, OEM Doosan forklift part numbers sourced for fit, form, and function to Doosan specifications.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders of $2,000 or more ship free. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We ship within the United States only.
How fast will my order ship?
Ground orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship the same or next business day. Orders that qualify for free shipping ship within 5 business days; truck-freight orders ship within 2-3 business days.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
Yes. UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select are available at checkout. Orders placed by 12:30 PM ET ship the same business day. Expedited services are not available on orders that ship by truck freight.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Parts must be new, uninstalled, and in original packaging. A 35% restocking fee applies, parts under $50 and special-order or electrical items are final sale, and the customer is responsible for return freight. Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). See our Refund Policy for full details.
How do I find my part number?
Part numbers are typically listed in your Doosan parts manual or on the component itself. If you can't locate it, email us your forklift model and serial number along with a description or photo of the part and we'll help identify it.
