Who We Are

Next Lift Inc. ("we," "us," "our") operates DoosanLiftParts.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Information We Collect

Information you give us: name, company, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, and the contents of quote requests, messages, and account registrations.
Order and payment information: what you ordered and how you paid. Payment card details are entered directly into Shopify's secure checkout and are handled by Shopify Payments and its processors; we never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically: IP address, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How We Use It

To process, ship, and support your orders and quote requests, including sending order confirmations and shipping notices.
To show an estimated delivery date on product and cart pages, based on your approximate location.
To operate, secure, and improve the website and our product catalog, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
To respond to your questions and, if you have opted in, to send you marketing email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing message.
To comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting records.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our store runs on Shopify, which sets cookies that are necessary to operate the site — for example, to keep items in your cart and to complete checkout — along with analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may prevent checkout from working. Delivery Estimates and Location

To display an estimated delivery date, the website sends your IP address to a third-party geolocation service (BigDataCloud) once per visit to determine your approximate city and state. If you choose to use the precise-location option, your browser's coordinates are sent to the same service for that lookup only, with your permission. You can instead enter a ZIP code by hand. We do not store your location beyond your browser session.

Who We Share It With

We share personal information only as needed to run the business:

Shopify Inc., which hosts our store and processes orders and payments. Shopify's privacy policy is at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
Payment processors, to complete your transaction.
Carriers (UPS and freight carriers) and, for direct-ship items, the manufacturer or supplier, so your order can be delivered.
Service providers that help us with email, analytics, geolocation, and website security, under agreements that restrict their use of the data.
Authorities or other parties when required by law or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to obtain a copy, or to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, and we honor Global Privacy Control browser signals. To exercise any right, email sales@doosanliftparts.com with the subject line "Privacy Request"; we will verify your identity and respond within the time required by law. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Data Retention and Security

We keep order and account records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them. Data is stored on Shopify's infrastructure, which uses encryption in transit and at rest; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is for business customers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date of the current version is September 7, 2026. Material changes will be posted on this page.
