1. Who We Are and Agreement to These Terms
DoosanLiftParts.com is owned and operated by Next Lift Inc., an Ohio corporation located at 2271 Arbor Blvd, Moraine, OH 45439 ("Next Lift," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting this website, placing an order, or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version here. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order. The effective date of the current version is October 20, 2026.
2. Business-to-Business Sales
DoosanLiftParts.com sells replacement parts for industrial lift trucks and material handling equipment. Our products are intended for purchase and installation by businesses, fleet operators, and qualified service technicians. By ordering, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are purchasing for business, commercial, or professional use.
3. Genuine Parts, Part Numbers, and Supersessions
Next Lift is an authorized dealer and sells genuine Doosan and Bobcat parts sourced through the manufacturer's dealer network, together with selected aftermarket and consumable items where identified. Part numbers, descriptions, diagrams, and specifications on this website are supplied for identification purposes.
Manufacturers periodically replace ("supersede") part numbers. Where a part number has been superseded, our listing will say so and will identify the replacement. Ordering a superseded part number supplies the current replacement part, which may differ in appearance from the original while remaining the manufacturer's designated substitute. The manufacturer's current parts data is the final authority on supersessions.
Some listings are shown for reference only and cannot be ordered online, including parts the manufacturer has discontinued with no replacement and parts that are made to order or priced on request ("call for price"). These listings carry a $0.00 price and a notice; they cannot be added to the cart. Call 937-387-8140 for help identifying what is available.
4. Fitment Is the Buyer's Responsibility
It is your responsibility to confirm that the part number you order is correct for your specific truck model and serial number before ordering. Model-year, serial-number range, and option differences frequently change which part fits. We are glad to help you verify fitment by phone or email before you order, but Next Lift is not responsible for parts ordered in error, and returns of incorrectly ordered parts are subject to the Refund Policy, including the restocking fee.
5. Pricing, Minimum Order, and Taxes
All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Manufacturer pricing changes regularly, and we reserve the right to correct pricing, description, or availability errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. If a correction affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund of any amount paid.
Some items are sold in manufacturer pack quantities. Where a listing states a pack quantity, the price shown is the price for the full pack.
The minimum order is $25.00 before shipping and tax.
Sales tax is collected where we are required to collect it. Purchasers claiming a resale or other exemption must supply a valid exemption certificate before the order ships.
6. Orders, Acceptance, and Cancellation
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we ship the goods or, for freight-quote orders, when we confirm the quote and you approve it. We may decline or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability, and we will refund any amount paid on a declined order.
You may cancel a stock order at no charge at any time before it ships by calling 937-387-8140 or emailing sales@doosanliftparts.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and is subject to the Refund Policy.
Special orders — including parts that ship direct from the manufacturer or supplier, made-to-order items, and items we do not normally stock — are placed with the manufacturer or supplier as soon as your order is received. Once a special order has been placed with the manufacturer or supplier, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
7. Payment
Payment is processed at checkout through Shopify Payments and the payment methods shown at checkout. Your card may be authorized at the time of order and captured when the order ships. Orders that require a freight quote are authorized at order time and captured when you approve the quote; a quote must be approved within 7 days of being issued or the order is cancelled and the authorization released.
Net payment terms are available to approved business customers at checkout through Balance, a third-party net-terms provider. Credit approval, invoicing, due dates, and any late-payment charges on net-terms purchases are governed by Balance's agreement with you, which you accept when you choose that payment option.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping methods, rates, processing times, and freight handling are described in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these Terms. In summary: we ship within the United States only; shipping on parcel orders is calculated at checkout; orders of $2,000 or more ship free (truck freight included within the contiguous 48 states); items that must ship by truck freight (LTL) on orders under $2,000 ship for a flat $249.00 within the contiguous 48 states; and all shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are quoted and billed regardless of order total.
Delivery dates shown on this website are estimates, not guarantees. Neither Next Lift nor any carrier guarantees a delivery date, and no refund or credit is given for a late delivery, including on expedited services.
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier picks up the shipment. Please inspect every delivery on arrival. Visible damage or shortage must be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt at the time of delivery and reported to us within 2 business days so a claim can be filed; concealed damage must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. In summary: returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA); parts must be new, uninstalled, and in the original unopened packaging; a 35% restocking fee applies; original and return shipping charges are not refunded; parts priced under $50.00 are not returnable; and special-order, direct-ship, made-to-order, electrical and electronic, and cut-to-length items are not returnable. Parts verified as defective are handled under the manufacturer's warranty and are not subject to the restocking fee.
10. Warranty
Genuine manufacturer parts sold on this website carry only the manufacturer's own warranty, on the manufacturer's terms, and any warranty claim is handled under that warranty. Next Lift is the seller, not the manufacturer, and makes no separate warranty of its own.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS SECTION, ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND NEXT LIFT DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY NEXT LIFT CREATES A WARRANTY.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXT LIFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, EQUIPMENT DOWNTIME, LABOR, TOWING, RENTAL, OR LOSS OF USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS WEBSITE, ANY ORDER, OR ANY PRODUCT SOLD, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NEXT LIFT'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
12. Safe Installation and Use
Lift-truck parts should be installed by qualified personnel in accordance with the manufacturer's service documentation and all applicable safety standards. You are responsible for proper installation, for confirming the repaired equipment is safe to operate, and for compliance with OSHA and other regulations applicable to your equipment and workplace. Safety Data Sheets for chemical products are available on the product page or on request.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Next Lift Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents from any third-party claim, loss, damage, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of (a) the installation, use, maintenance, modification, or operation of any product you purchase from us, except to the extent caused by our own negligence; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or regulation, including OSHA requirements.
14. Website Content and Intellectual Property
The text, images, part diagrams, product data, and design of this website are owned by Next Lift or used under license from the manufacturer and are protected by copyright and other laws. Trademark Notice: Doosan®, Daewoo®, and Bobcat® are registered trademarks of their respective trademark holders. All brand names, logos, and trademarks used on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used by Next Lift Inc. under dealer authorization. DoosanLiftparts.com is owned and operated by Next Lift Inc., an authorized dealer and distributor of Doosan, Daewoo, and Bobcat material handling equipment, genuine parts, and service. While Next Lift Inc. is an authorized partner, DoosanLiftparts.com is operated independently by Next Lift Inc. and is not the official corporate website of Doosan Corporation, Doosan Bobcat, DIVAC, or their affiliates. You may view and print pages for your own business use in purchasing from us. Any other reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of website content without our written permission is prohibited.
15. Acceptable Use, Automated Access, and Data Use
This site and its content — including part numbers, descriptions, pricing, images, diagrams, cross-reference and fitment data, and the Quick Reference tool and its underlying data files — are the property of Next Lift Inc. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable license to view this content in a web browser for the purpose of identifying and purchasing parts.
You may not, without our prior written permission: access the site or any of its data files by automated means (including bots, scrapers, spiders, crawlers, scripts, or bulk download tools); bypass or interfere with any security, rate-limiting, or bot-detection measures; copy, store, extract, or compile any part of the catalog, pricing, or fitment data; use any content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate a machine-learning or AI model; reproduce any content in a competing catalog, price list, feed, database, or website; interfere with the operation of the website; or use the website for any unlawful purpose. Search-engine indexing that honors our robots.txt is permitted.
The license ends automatically on any breach of this section. We may suspend, block, or revoke access, cancel orders, and pursue all available remedies for unauthorized access or use, including under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, the DMCA, and applicable state law.
16. Customer Accounts and Wholesale Registration
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Wholesale accounts, credit terms, and the option to ship on your own UPS account are available only to registered business customers we have approved, and may be withdrawn at any time.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and every order are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and by the Uniform Commercial Code as adopted in Ohio. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or any order shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Ohio, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at sales@doosanliftparts.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the matter informally.
Any claim arising out of these Terms or any order must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises, or it is permanently barred.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND NEXT LIFT EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR ANY ORDER.
18. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including manufacturer or supplier shortages, carrier delays, severe weather, fire, flood, labor disputes, epidemics, government action, or utility or internet outages. If such an event delays your order significantly, we will let you know and you may cancel any portion not yet shipped for a refund of the amount paid for it.
19. General
These Terms, together with the policies they incorporate and any written quote or credit agreement between us, are the entire agreement for your purchase. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
