Ground orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship the same or next business day. Orders that qualify for free shipping ship within 5 business days, truck-freight (LTL) orders ship within 2-3 business days. Need it fast? UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select are available at checkout; place your order by 12:30 PM ET for same-day dispatch.
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
- Orders of $2,000 or more ship free (truck freight included within the contiguous 48 states)
- Truck-freight items on orders under $2,000 ship for a flat $249 within the contiguous 48 states; freight to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is quoted
- Neither Next Lift nor UPS guarantees, enforces, or refunds based on any UPS service delivery commitment
Wholesale accounts registered on this site may ship on their own UPS account instead of ours — contact us to set this up.

Returns
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Parts must be new, uninstalled, and in their original, unopened packaging.
- Email sales@doosanliftparts.com before returning anything to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
- A 35% restocking fee applies to all returns; parts priced under $50 are final sale
- Special-order, direct-ship, made-to-order, electrical, and cut-to-length items are not returnable
- The customer is responsible for return freight charges
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method after the returned part is received and inspected
